Login Issues
Having trouble logging in? Try these solutions.
Can’t Remember Password
Section titled “Can’t Remember Password”- Go to the login page
- Click “Forgot Password”
- Enter your email address
- Check your inbox for reset instructions
- Follow the link to create a new password
Email Not Received
Section titled “Email Not Received”If you don’t receive the password reset email:
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Wait a few minutes (emails can take up to 5 minutes)
- Verify you’re using the correct email address
- Try requesting another reset email
Account Locked
Section titled “Account Locked”After multiple failed login attempts, your account may be temporarily locked:
- Wait 15 minutes and try again
- Use the “Forgot Password” option to reset
- Contact support if the issue persists
Google OAuth Not Working
Section titled “Google OAuth Not Working”If you’re having trouble with Google login:
- Make sure you’re using a supported browser
- Clear your browser cookies and cache
- Try logging in with email/password instead
- Check that pop-ups aren’t blocked
Two-Factor Authentication
Section titled “Two-Factor Authentication”If you’ve enabled 2FA and can’t log in:
- Check that your authenticator app is synced
- Use backup codes if available
- Contact support for account recovery
Email Verification
Section titled “Email Verification”If you haven’t verified your email:
- Check your inbox for the verification email
- Click the verification link
- Request a new verification email if needed:
- Go to login page
- Click “Resend Verification Email”
