Login Issues

Having trouble logging in? Try these solutions.

  1. Go to the login page
  2. Click “Forgot Password”
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Check your inbox for reset instructions
  5. Follow the link to create a new password

If you don’t receive the password reset email:

  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Wait a few minutes (emails can take up to 5 minutes)
  • Verify you’re using the correct email address
  • Try requesting another reset email

After multiple failed login attempts, your account may be temporarily locked:

  • Wait 15 minutes and try again
  • Use the “Forgot Password” option to reset
  • Contact support if the issue persists

If you’re having trouble with Google login:

  1. Make sure you’re using a supported browser
  2. Clear your browser cookies and cache
  3. Try logging in with email/password instead
  4. Check that pop-ups aren’t blocked

If you’ve enabled 2FA and can’t log in:

  • Check that your authenticator app is synced
  • Use backup codes if available
  • Contact support for account recovery

If you haven’t verified your email:

  1. Check your inbox for the verification email
  2. Click the verification link
  3. Request a new verification email if needed:
    • Go to login page
    • Click “Resend Verification Email”
