Having trouble with PayTrack? This guide covers common issues and their solutions.

  • Login Issues - Problems signing in or accessing your account
  • Data not syncing - Try refreshing the page or logging out and back in
  • Slow performance - Clear your browser cache or try a different browser
  • Missing features - Check your subscription plan in Settings → Billing

Found a bug? Help us improve PayTrack:

  1. Go to Settings → Support in the app
  2. Select “Bug Report” as the type
  3. Describe the issue in detail
  4. Include steps to reproduce
  5. Add a screenshot if possible
  6. Submit your report
